Hi everybody, my name is Graeme and I'm from a family of two brothers and two sisters and I'm the youngest of them all. Although I grew up in Auckland I am studying for Christchurch diocese. After I completed High School in 2001 I left for Christchurch and spent the best part of eight years down there doing all sorts of jobs to make a living. But it's good to be back in Auckland with the family again!

I am a seminarian for the Hamilton Diocese. Before entering Holy Cross Seminary in 2012, I completed a degree in Psychology and English at the University of Auckland. As a half American, half New Zealander, I had always made a habit of moving around. My journey to the seminary took place in both countries for almost ten years, until I could no longer ignore the Lord’s call to Diocesan priesthood here in New Zealand. So I moved to Auckland in 2010, and have been settling down ever since. A bit about me: I love video games, music, movies, amateur cooking and songwriting, literature, tennis, and drinking profuse amounts of tea.

My name is Tien, I am from Viet Nam. I am here not to be served but to serve, and I am happy to be a seminarian of Christchurch Diocese. I really like living in New Zealand, people here are so kind to me, but the weather is sometimes rather cold. I love playing sports such as soccer, volleyball, table tennis, and listening to music, especially instrumental music. Also, I enjoy drinking wine and beer with friends, especially those who have the same interests.

Greetings! I am a born and bred Cantabrian and also a seminarian for the Diocese of Christchurch. I completed my High School studies at St. Bede’s College in Christchurch in 2008 then did part time University in 2009 while I worked for the Catholic Youth Team for a short time. But the “call” to priesthood was too strong during that year so I entered Good Shepherd House (pre-seminary house) in 2010 and officially started Holy Cross in 2011. I really enjoy playing the piano and the organ, watching movies and also love helping out in Youth Ministry.

I was born in Opotiki, Aotearoa, in 1959; the only son to parents Noel and Lois Clark. I have four sisters - Cathy, Joanne, Mary and Judith. I attended St Joseph's Primary School in Hamilton, and I was taught by the Sisters of the Mission followed there after by the Marist Brothers for my intermediate and secondary years. Presently I am qualified as a carpenter, panelbeater, rigger/scafolder and an industrial abseiler having lived and worked extensively in Australasia, America, England and the West Indies. My home has been Wanaka since 1985. Lured by the Alpine Lifestyle and a sense of adventure, a love of skiing, climbing, mountaineering and sailing have ensued - as has an acute awareness of the presence of God.
