Before entering the seminary, for Christchurch Diocese in 2009, I worked in dairy farming, most recently in Canterbury's Ellesmere, where successive generations of my family for lived for the past 144 years. I've had a varied career since leaving school in 1985 including three years seminary training at Mosgiel, overseas travel, further study, and work as a journalist both in Central Otago and Buller. Art and photography, playing the piano, and walking and biking are among my interests. |

Ever since I was a child, I’ve always wanted to be a priest and before I turned 20 in 2006, I entered Holy Cross Seminary. I feel that as I mature in age, my vocation continue to be strengthen and I become more trustful on God’s plan in my life. I love to travel and have an interest in history and politics. |

I have an older twin brother as well as a younger brother which makes me the middle child. My interests include hockey and football and watching it from the couch. I was born in Opotiki Aotearoa in 1959, the only son to parents Noel and Lois Clark. I have four sisters - Cathy, Joanne, Mary and Judith. I attended St Joseph's Primary School in Hamilton, and I was taught by the Sisters of the Mission followed there after by the Marist Brothers for my Intermediate and Secondary years. Presently I am qualified as a carpenter, panelbeater, rigger/scafolder and an industrial abseiler having lived and worked extensively in Australasia, America, England and the West Indies. My home has been Wanaka since 1985. Lured by the Alpine Lifestyle and a sense of adventure, a love of skiing, climbing, mountaineering and sailing have ensued - as has an acute awareness of the Presence of God. |

Now, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit I'm here in Auckland were I was on pastoral placement at the Parish of St.Mary's, Northcote in 2009. This parish is my home away from home and again under the patronage of Mary. I love to sing, read and watch movies. |

Kia Ora! Hailing from the marvelous Metropolis of Marton although entering as a seminarian for the Diocese of Hamilton commencing 2010. Rima was raised by his maternal-grandparents. He is of Maori derivation with tribal affiliations to: Ngati Apa (Marton), Te Atihaunui-a-Papa Rangi (Whanganui-Matahiwi), Te Rarawa (Motuti-'Whangae') and Ngati Tuwharetoa (Turangi-Korohe). He was the first New Zealand-Maori to be appointed organ scholar for the Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Hamilton. His speciality is in choral conducting and organ performance. Rima enjoys trains, the company of 'old' people and good humour. |

Gidday! I’m a seminarian for the Diocese of Dunedin. I am the youngest of a family of ten from the Mosgiel Parish. I am a trained school teacher and have taught at Holy Cross in Papatoetoe, St. Mary’s in Gore and more recently, Kavanagh College in Dunedin. I have also taught in London, Belfast and Liverpool. Last year, I had the role of Youth Co-ordinator and Secondary School Advisor for our diocese. I love sport, played rugby and I’m a huge Tottenham Hotspurs FC fan. I love music and play the guitar at any chance. |
